Kelab Belia Progresif Datuk Keramat, also known by its abbreviation BELIAPRO, is a Malaysian youth organization based in Kuala Lumpur dedicated to the development and empowerment of young people.
Our Mission.
The primary mission of BELIAPRO is to build youth character and increase national loyalty through the principles of Rukun Negara. We are committed to guiding young people toward becoming responsible, progressive citizens who contribute to their communities and nation.

Core Objectives.
As outlined in our constitution, BELIAPRO pursues the following goals for the benefit of Malaysian youth:
Raising awareness regarding negative values and influences among youth.
Promoting youth involvement in culture, environment, sports, health, spirituality, and social welfare.
Providing opportunities for community development programmes in both urban and rural areas.
Offering training in leadership, skills, and entrepreneurship.
Helping youth develop positive attitudes to face life's challenges through education and life skills.
